Welcome to Websyno By engaging with our web design and development services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
1. Definitions
- "Client" refers to the individual, company, or entity engaging Websyno for web design and development services.
- "Deliverables" refers to any designs, codes, or products created by Websyno as part of the Services.
- "Project" refers to the specific web design and development task(s) agreed upon between the Client and Websyno.
2. Scope of Services
The information we collect is used to:
- Websyno will provide web design and development services as outlined in the proposal or agreement shared with the Client.
- Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the original scope will be billed separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the Project in a timely manner.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Delays in providing required materials may result in adjustments to the timeline and additional charges.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestones, and final payment, will be outlined in the agreement or invoice.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of Services or withholding of Deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the Deliverables created specifically for the Project, unless otherwise stated.
- Websyno retains the right to showcase the Project in its portfolio, marketing materials, or as part of case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions and Approvals
- The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed in the Project proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Approvals for work completed must be provided in writing. Delays in approval may affect the timeline.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the Project.
- This clause remains in effect even after the completion of the Project.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
- In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
- Websyno reserves the right to retain all materials and files until outstanding payments are settled.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Websyno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Deliverables.
- The maximum liability of Websyno is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the Project.
10. Acceptance
- By engaging with Websyno, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
